Reports
All four reports summarise the same underlying competency data, just sliced differently. Each one opens a dialogue to pick its scope (a person, a team, or a skill) before showing results.
Key terms
- Skill check
- — A record that a person was assessed on a skill, with an outcome and a date.
- Skill check session
- — A group of skill checks done together, e.g. on one training day.
- Team
- — A grouping of people, used across other modules.
Every report uses the same four-state status for a person/skill pairing:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current | Competent, and still within the skill's currency window. |
| Expired | Was competent, but the currency window has lapsed. |
| Not Competent | The most recent recorded result wasn't a pass. |
| Not Assessed | No check on record for this person/skill pairing. |

Shows one person's status across every skill your organisation has subscribed to. Pick the person from the scope dialogue; use it to see one person's full competency picture at a glance, or to prep for a re-assessment by spotting what's expired or missing.
Team Competency
Summarises competency per skill across a group of people — pick a specific team or the whole organisation from the scope dialogue. Rather than listing every person, each skill shows how many people in scope are Current, Expired, Not Competent, or Not Assessed, so it's the quickest way to spot a skill your team is falling behind on.
Personnel × Skill Matrix
A grid with every person in scope down one side and every skill across the top, each cell coloured by status. Pick a team or the whole organisation from the scope dialogue — this is the report to reach for when you want the full picture at once, rather than one person or one skill at a time.
Two things in the grid are clickable. A skill name down the left opens its description and how often it needs reassessing — useful when a row's colour makes you ask what the skill actually demands.
A cell opens the check behind it: the result, when it was assessed and when it expires (with both as plain dates and as "10 months ago"), who assessed it, and any note they left. The popover shows the check, not the pairing, so it doesn't repeat the person and skill you clicked.
Skill Coverage
Flips the matrix around: pick one skill from the scope dialogue (optionally narrowed to a team) and see everyone's status for it. Use this when the question is "who can do X" rather than "how is this person or team doing overall."
